"My state farm agent for tweny five + years closed his office unexpectedly and my policy was transferred to an agent in Pittsburg. I explained to the new agent’s office assistant, Claudia that I recently retired and that the mileage per year on my vehicle would be lower going forward. Claudia explained that there were no mileage records for my car and that the rates would increase based on mileage from the previous year. Then, I found Rene Davidson of State Farm in Tracy. Renee immediately explained to me how the costs for medical coverage could be adjusted to a lower rate. Then, I had to call state farm customer service to talk about my account, and the rep was able to get a hold of her just like in a second. The rep was then able to transfer me to her, and during the talk with her (not even a minute), she asked “Can I call you back? I’m on a different line. I actually have 3 lines right now.” Wow, why would you pick it up and tell your client that you would call them back? And why would you pick up the rep call but not the client call? And why would you have 3 lines running at one? Meaning you put the other 2 on hold to speak to 1? That’s so rude. Very disappointed"
